With over 25 years of experience in franchising, including 16 years as a senior-level executive, I’ve had the privilege of working with hundreds of franchisees across a wide range of industries, including automotive, B2B, home services, children’s entertainment, and senior care. My perspective is rooted in entire franchise systems—not just a few locations—and spans the full franchise lifecycle, from acquisition to successful business exits. This depth of experience gives me unique insight into what makes franchisees thrive and what challenges they face.

After two decades of working directly for franchise companies, I decided to become an independent consultant to help prospective franchisees navigate the often overwhelming process of choosing the right franchise. Outside of franchising, I’m deeply involved in my community here in Omaha, Nebraska. I’ve been a youth sports coach for many years, helping kids translate lessons learned on the field into life skills. I also serve as a board member for our local public school foundation, contributing to initiatives that support education and development. I earned my finance degree from the University of Kentucky, which has been instrumental in shaping my analytical approach to business ownership.
